Security and compliance	Conditional access, Intune, Defender, Purview. Configurations that pass an audit without bringing the business to a halt. Documentation somebody will actually read.
Operations and IT leadership	Ongoing operations for smaller teams that need senior engineers instead of a ticket queue. Strategic IT leadership for owners who need a technical partner but not a full time hire. Paired with a managed service provider where that fits.
